Rachel helps her clients by discovering and valuing their uniqueness, understanding how ideas affect their emotions, assisting in the transformation of unhealthy behaviors and offering a secure, trusting environment conducive to healing, self-acceptance, and self-love. She believes that adding art into therapy services can help individuals create a healthy mind and offer a channel for communication. Rachel is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). She has received training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
