Kolby Barney, MSW, LGSW

Kolby is a graduate clinical intern from The College of Saint Scholastica's MSW program. Additionally he has obtained a BA in Social Work from The College of Saint Scholastica. Kolby has seven years of experience working in a residential treatment center. Four of those years were spent as a LADC supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Kolby takes a person centered approach with an emphasis of focusing on the individual's needs. He aims to create a space where people are comfortable and can share their life experiences. Kolby has experience and enjoys working with adults and Indigenous populations. Kolby is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with some training in TF-CBT, CBT, and RCT.

Kolby enjoys being outdoors. In his spare time you can find him fishing, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with loved ones.
