Alexandria Adolfs, MSW, LGSW

Alexandria is a graduate clinical intern from The College of Saint Scholastica's MSW program. She also studied Psychology and Early Childhood Studies obtaining a BA at University of Minnesota Duluth. She has worked with youth, young children and caregivers for multiple years.

Alexandria works through a trauma focused, strengths based lens to collaborate with clients and offer support. She strives to create a comforting environment that is shame/judgment free. She works to collaborate with individuals to navigate life and the experiences that come with it. Alexandria has some training in TF-CBT, CBT, and RCT.

Alexandria grew up in the Duluth area and enjoys spending time in nature. In her spare time she likes to go on hikes, try new hobbies, and spend time with family and friends.
