Hello! I’m Claire Hane (she/her), and I’m really glad you’re here. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical work, ethics, and social justice. I believe that our mental health is shaped by many interconnected factors—our biology, environment, relationships, and the broader systems we live within. That’s why I approach therapy through a biopsychosocial and culturally responsive lens, always honoring your unique identity and lived experiences.
In our work together, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. My style is client-centered and strength-based, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including DBT, CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed care, tailoring our sessions to meet your individual needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, we’ll collaborate to define what healing looks like for you—at your pace and on your terms.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in nature, playing with my dogs, or connecting with friends and family.
