Amelia Davis

Clinical Intern

Welcome!
I’m Amelia, a clinical intern at Birch and Pine Counseling, currently pursuing my Master’s in
Social Work at The College of St. Scholastica, with graduation anticipated in May 2026.
Outside of the office, I enjoy being in nature and on the lake, with my dogs, and with my
close friends and family.
My goal as a clinician is to help individuals live life to their fullest potential. I believe in
meeting people exactly where they are because showing up, in any way you can, is a
powerful first step toward growth and healing.
In my practice, I draw from Relational-Cultural Therapy, which emphasizes the importance
of healthy, authentic connections with ourselves and with others as a foundation for
well-being. I also integrate a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, recognizing the
profound ways that life experiences can shape both our minds and bodies.
I have experience working with youth and older adults. My areas of interest include
supporting others through trauma, depression, anxiety, and navigating life’s many transitions
and challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where
clients feel supported and empowered on their path toward healing.
