Alexandria Adolfs, MSW, LGSW

Alexandria Adolfs is a graduate clinical intern from The College of Saint Scholastica's MSW program. She also holds a BA in Psychology and Early Childhood Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth. With several years of experience working with youth, young children, and caregivers, Alexandria is dedicated to supporting her clients' mental health and well-being.

Alexandria utilizes a trauma-focused, strengths-based approach to collaborate with clients, offering a supportive, judgment-free environment. Her goal is to work closely with individuals to help them navigate life’s challenges. She has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT).

A Duluth native, Alexandria enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, exploring new hobbies, or being with family and friends.
