With nearly 15 years of experience in outpatient treatment settings, Rachel is well-versed in creating a non-judgmental space where individuals can share their most difficult moments, find relief, and develop practical coping strategies. She is dually licensed as an LICSW and LADC and enjoys using various therapeutic approaches, including harm reduction, CBT, DBT, EMDR, emotion-focused therapy, and family counseling.

Rachel has extensive experience helping individuals rebuild their self-esteem, find their sense of purpose, and develop their "muchness." She specializes in working with adults over 18 who are dealing with complex and intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, and more.
