am a clinical intern at Birch & Pine Counseling and a graduate student in the Master of Social Work program at The College of St. Scholastica, where I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspectives to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring their experiences. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, or challenges related to self-esteem and identity.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, connecting with friends and family, and exploring new creative hobbies.
